Indian Head Massage - £20
Traditionally known as Champissage, the head, neck, face and shoulders are massaged with the purpose of manipulating energy channels. A build up of negative energy can occur in these channels causing common ailments such as stress, anxiety and general aches and pains. This 20 minute massage can help to decrease these complaints and increase blood supply and muscle relaxation.
This can be experienced during a lunch break and takes only 20 minutes.
You may choose with or without oil and can be performed over clothing if you so wish.

The compresses contain up to 20 traditional Thai herbs such as Kaffir Lime, Turmeric, Camphor, Lemon Grass, Prai, Menthol and Amarind to name but a few. The compresses are heated by steam to help soothe and alleviate muscle tension. The use of Thai style compresses combined with traditional massage engenders a detoxifying and body purifying treatment.

Cupping Therapy
